A measureless love: Sanmargha We all have been here being due to the blessing of divinity. There is a popular principle, “Either be good or be with the Good” Thus, we are here with all the good and glorious people. For example, if you throw a stone into the sea, it will sink but if the stone is tied up with a log, it will float. That is the power of a good companion. I think Sanmargha is the easiest way in life that one could choose for their spiritual journey because it has the essence of entire principles, doctrines, and philosophies of the world. We just need to take a sip of it. Enough! Nothing needed more! Mahan Vallalar had created this way with such an enormous amount of love and care towards humankind so that we have nothing difficult to do with it. I was so glad when I observed the basic principle of Sanmargha, that is, “To serve people rather than praying to God”. Second, he focuses on introspection. Rewinding our deeds of a whole day at the bed is a good thing for sculpting ourselves. There is a big stroke, he sets. He suggests we think of ourselves as a cadaver (corpse) if we didn’t something good for a whole day. I suggest our dear fellows not to concentrate on the next birth. Don’t ever think about it. It is up to Him. We don’t want to interrupt His duty. Anything may happen to us if He decides. So, don’t go for it. So, just have faith in Him and service to mankind. I like the service philosophies of our Mahan Vallalar. He is the only person who suggests us to serve according to our range. He never asked his deities to donate in thousands and lakhs! I think Mahan Vallalar has created Sanmargha particularly for the ordinary people, especially the marital people, as he never created such a difficult or critical or something twisty doctrines and traditions. Most of the spiritual groups require celibacy, detachment from family, and so many harsh traditions. Mahan Vallalar has respected the marital householders. He imprinted the need for their presence in this world. He made the world realize that the householders are the persons who are helping the saints to eat. He asked the society, who is superior then, revolutionarily. He proved the householders to have all the rights and qualities to get the moksha in their lifetime, while everyone believed that detachment from the family is needed for getting moksha in their lifetime. He is rebellious about furnishing the cause of disease and difficulties in life. He said that it is not your sin but ignorance. He says God is our parent. He takes the best care of us. He couldn’t be the reason for our difficulties. So, don’t be ignorant enough to believe the bad things happen in our bad fate. Try to correct yourselves. Include your families in Sanmargha. Don’t reject anyone for the reason of being here. I am thankful for my father for directing me into this path. I am so happy to live as the deities of Mahan Vallalar for four consecutive generations. My life experiences on Sanmargha Myself Ahammed Jishi Navas. I am going to share my experience in Sanmargha with you all here. Samara is a path of love. He cares for the appetite of a person more than any of the difficulties. This is one of the reasons why I’m being here. Once, I went to Mahan Vallalar’s ashram for doing yoga. I am basically yogic. I felt some sort of comfort on seeing his face there. I felt like being with my father, on seeing Vallalar’s face. I could hear his sayings in my ears always. In fact, Mahan Vallalar is a rebellious person, since he was filed legal complaints on those days even. I am attracted towards his rebellious character. So, I went Vadalur, to see his everlasting fire. I was never directed by anyone to see him and the places he lived, but I was attracted automatically. I am fond of his mirror in which Mahan Vallalar had got the enlightenment. I was so excited that I was standing on the place where he walked around. Gradually, I’ve been gotten into the research of his biography. I liked the simplicity of him which rejected all the luxuries he might have got. He just respected the love and mercy. Despite of being a God or something beyond our reality, I could feel him so near to me. He’s been like a father to me. We can able to serve some people accordingly, for which I am so happy about. Some people may think it as a religion but not in fact it is. No religious signs are required here to serve anyone. Mahan Vallalar had just taken care about the appetite. He required nothing from anyone. This is the most I liked on his doctrines. Recently, my wife was affected with Covid issues. I whole heartedly, prayed to him for her well-being. The very next day, I could see the results of my praying. We are happy to serve at his guidance as the people who we serve there are needy people. Helping the poor and needy is the best principle that I have ever followed. I was so pleasured to serve them due to my wife. I am feeling his eyes are showing love for all even from the pictures. The Future is at your hands: Once, I went to a shop where I met a small family of a mother and two children. The Children were of one or two years difference, probably. I was watching them from some distance. The mother said to the kids that they can choose their toys of their own. She went to the groceries section, leaving those kids on the kids section. I am attracted towards the children, always. They are the miniature of divinity. So, I was noticing what they were doing. One of those kids was a girl. She went to the dolls side and took a Barbie doll kitchen set. The other kid who was a boy, chose a lightning model car. Both of them ae happy with their choices and showed them to their mother. Mother said to the girl, “Baby, if you want something as like you brother, do choose it right now. Don’t ask me after getting home. You should not fight with you brother.” So, the girl child looked into the model car and decided to change her choice. She went to the cars section and changed her toy. This incident affected me for somedays. There was nothing wrong on that incident but I thought the choice of the girl child must be not induced to be changed, I feel that growing up the girl child with the qualities of a boy is not correct. I didn’t degrade both of the gender. But I definitely suggest to raise up the kids with their original characters. A woman has all the reasons for being a woman, as well the man has all the reasons to be a man. It is their basic right too. Why a girl cannot be girl and a boy cannot be a boy? Raising a girl with a boy’s character is not a good method of growing up a child. She loses her originality for an attitude that will never make her to feel well. She could neither feel as a girl nor a boy. So, Parents must allow the girl to be a girl and a boy to be a boy. I was shocked to hear a statement from a person once, he was so happy that he had raised his daughter with all the guts of a man. He was so pride that he couldn’t feel that they don’t have a son. It is not a good attitude. Does the society accept if a son is raised with all the qualities of a daughter? What is precious in it? Why can’t we accept a daughter with her original qualities? Why we have to inject her with the qualities of a boy? A girl is able to solve her problems and can save herself using her instinctive power. Don’t try to pamper her to prove your care unnecessarily. And when it comes for marriage, don’t compel her to get married if she have some ambition in life. Give her the space to live and achieve her life. If a girl with greater ambitions in life is forcibly get into marriage, it will affect not only the girl but also the life of the man and the entire family too. I suggest the same for the mankind too. If a man is having something to do without any distractions, let him do that. Do not force, either a girl or a boy to get into marriage. It is not that one should get married, if they have some ambition. When they think, the marriage will affect their ambition, give them the needed time and space. In our society, a boy or a girl, before marriage, have lesser responsibilities in their life. They need not to work for their living. Their only world is studies. I must suggest the students not to try something heroic while at your study is on the air. Students, in both of the genders, must make use of their college days and not to waste it for simpler attractions. Love is nothing wrong but the conditions that you create while loving is the problem. If your lover is asking to talk on mobile for two hours, it is not love but a waste of time. If he/she asks to go to movie instead of helping you to read better, it is not love but irresponsibility. Love will always lead you in the way of improvement. It is a fuel to the soul. It is not the fuel which kills. If you bunk the classes because of your love, will it help you for your future? Being together always is not the deciding factor of love but being supportive for your development is. Both of you must study well. Both of you must come out with good score. If your love disappears when you not talk often, then how come your love is true? How could you rely on it? I personally warn the youth, when your lover is saying that you should spend a whole day with him/her in order to pove your love to him/her, please don’t believe them. Being together for a day will not decide your sincerity in love. Respect your freedom, more than anything in this world. Decide yourself, what is your limit. Do not allow anyone in it at any cost. Please don’t believe that wandering out on roads at midnight is an adventure. It is foolishness. Don’t force your parents to buy anything beyond their limits. Be responsible to buy something for your loved one, on your own salary. However small the thing may be, it must be you own to give your loved ones. Aware of illusions and develop yourselves. Do not fear of anything. It is your power, which the world relies on. Can humans attain mortal living? We all wonder about living eternal, aren’t we? Even the dearest friends of saints didn’t attain it. Being a normal human, is it possible for us to live immortally? Have you heard about SWOT analysis? S for Strength, W for Weakness, O for Opportunity and T for Threats It was an authorized method of analyzing anything used by the Stanford University. Can you imagine that this analysis could be a way for human to attain the immortality? Yes. It is a formula which the Indian Prophets, Saints and Scholars have founded a long before. Starting from Thiruvalluar, ‘the two inner and two outer causes of every action’ is mentioned to be dealt with great consciousness. Strength and Weakness lies in our inner world while the Opportunities and the threats are being in the outer world. Not only for the skill development, enriching our life standard and improvising our success rate but also for the eternal living, the SWOT analysis can be used in. All those guidance have been imprinted on the verses of Mahan Vallalar The Sixth part of the Thirumurai has the proper guidance to be followed by a person who needs an eternal life. We need to dedicate ourselves to the divine energy and must contribute our whole-hearted love and care on following it. Such stubborn desired and committed heart would be more helpful for continuing on the path. Mahan Vallalar says that Jeevakarunya is the key to the door of eternity. Being merciful to the needy people, is the only requirement for all the problems that the humankind is having. If we are merciful to our fellow beings, it is a state of God who cares all of the earthly souls whole-heartedly. He adds that we need to introspect ourselves frequently. The introspection is a basic need for the human beings as like the hygiene is required for the physical body. In fact, introspection is the cleansing process of our inner body. He extend his love for our well-being in his poems that the God must bless all the human beings with His bliss. Mahan Vallalar wants the God to induce the minds of humankind by residing inside their souls. He says that he wants each and every soul of this world has to feel this eternal bliss. Mahan Vallalar also warns us about the distractions that we would have on this earth. Our world is full of attractions and diversions that a person could easily forget about the real aim of soul. So, we must not turn on our ears to the voices of those earthly pleasures. Complexions like Anger, despair, greed, lust, stinginess, envy are the barriers which could stop us being on the path of immortality. After crossing the barrier of six complexions, one may have to destroy their three most dangerous attributes of personality. They are arrogance, deception and illusion. So, getting rid of all these barriers is important to get the immortal life. Is Shiva and Shivam same? Mahan Vallalar had mentioned about Shiva and Shivam on his poems but whether those are same? He mentions the God Almighty in all of those words including Shiva, Shivam, Arutperum jothi and so on. He doesn’t mention any of the God which is bound to limits. The Hindu God Shiva is not the Shiva, whom Vallalar had mentioned in his poems but the power of the glorious almighty. Shiva, Brahma are the names of Gods which denotes the power rather than some higher order human beings with special super powers. Scientifically, the Gods who are mentioned in the Hindu philosophy are the symbols of supreme powers of the nature. We must use wisdom rather than the knowledge to understand this concept. Mahan Vallalar proved that all the God are same but called of different names according to their own understanding. He surrenders himself to the mighty glory as it is the major reason for all the Gods. The symbols of which the God are made are the glory or the holy flame, which he calls as Arutperum Jothi. He says that the Sanmargha is a way that leads us to the ultimatum without any differences among the soul. He strongly says that there is no power supreme to the ultimatum. So, everything that comes under the name of God are same. What is the significance of devoting Shivalinga? Are they really the tombs of Saints? The earliest Shivalinga was found at the border of the Himalayan Range on 2nd century BC. The tribes of Himalayas devoted to the Shivalinga. Those who found the method of devoting the Shivalinga must be genius personalities because they proved that the God and our soul are same through this symbol. Shivalinga is a symbolic idol which represents the soul is God. Shivalinga is the union of the male and female powers. The symbol is extraordinarily designed to reveal the truth of creation. Human mating is the reason of birth and they showed its significance with this Shivalinga. There are some controversies about Shivalinga that portraying the mating symbol on the statue of God is somewhat insulting. But, Shivalinga is purely the symbol of union of male and female powers. It doesn’t portray something which is not should be known. Human beings must aware of their power as they are living in this world. The Shivalinga also represents the first chakra among the seven chakras of our body. The name of that Chakra is Moolaadhar, meant to be the basic reason for everything. The Secret of Success: Success is a factor that is decided by our purity of mind. If our mind and deeds are pure, the success will follow us. Our failures and bad lucks are owned by our sluggish thoughts and desires. If we make these lazy and lame reasons clear out of our life, all our problems will disappear, automatically. Mind is the bank of all those negative and lazy thoughts, so, if we purify our mind that will be a total solution for all our problems. Before we get started up to clean or purify our mind, we need to know that our mind had got tidy. Knowing what are all the dirt that our mind is having, we can able to clear it all away, easily. Being aware of what has to be done, we have to take the responsibility of clearing them. We need some higher amount of guts to clean it, of course, because, they are all let in by us. It is us who let that negativity into our mind so again, it is us to clear them from our mind We are the owner of our minds. So, we must drive it in the correct direction. Mind is not stable for all of us. It jumps here and there always, in order to stabilize it, we must stick on to the divinity. Sanmargha doctrines can lead you in the path of divinity. The measureless power of divinity can only stabilize our mind departing it from the vicious thinking and the lazy habits. Mind is normally a chameleon, which sticks onto where it is. When we provide something which is divine, it turns to be the vessel of that divinity. Mind could be compared with the shapeless water. As the water has no specific shape and it gets the shape of its vessel, our mind transforms into the things to which we direct it for. Mahan Vallalar whole heartedly thanks the God for washing away the impurities of his mind with His glorious hands at his poetries. You can ask that how could such a great personality, a great saint had impurities on his mind, but it is human nature to let some subtle impurities into our mind without even knowing it is bad. Human knowledge always stands on the ignorance and hence the wisdom plays a vital role on the enlightenment. So, he thanks the God for clearing his mind from the bad things. He says that as it is God who purified him, he could be able to serve the people who starve. Hence, if we are in the place where filled with love, grace and mercy, our mind will function properly on its own way. There is a beautiful story among the sages which explains about the power of mind. Once, two saints was about to cross a flooded river. They saw a young lady who was also intended to cross the howling river. Both of them felt sad for the girl, as it is very dangerous for her to swim across the flood. They couldn’t help her either, as they were orthodox celibates. On practicing celibacy, it is a sin to touch a woman. But one of those two saints decide to help the woman and he takes the lady on his shoulders. He then saves the lady and she leaves on her way. The other saint got astonished to see his friend who violated the terms of celibacy. He couldn’t tolerate that his friend had touched a woman, insulting the laws of celibacy. So, he questions him angrily about that action. The saint who saved the women simply answered, “My dear friend, I left her on the shore itself. But it seems that you have taken her on your mind for so long distance. Do not carry her on your mind. Actually, that is against celibacy. Helping others irrespective of their gender is not violating the laws of celibacy”. Thus, our mind has to be pure whatever occurs at the outer world. Mind has a good bondage with our food. What we eat, decides what and how we think. It is scientifically proven. Sathvik foods such as fruits, vegetables and spinaches can create good vibrations in our body and maintains the mental and physical health. Mahan Vallalar has mentioned that eating Sathvik food is a major discipline that a human must follow. Hence, our minute habits decide the nature of our mind. If our habits are good, then our mind will be god.
